I build WordPress sites, and take over the ones that need work.
I'm Wazid, a WordPress and WooCommerce developer based in Goa, India. I build new sites, take on existing ones, fix what's broken, add features, and keep things running after launch. Most of my work is for clients and agencies in Canada and Europe.
Real, live sites
Nine production websites you can open and use right now, not mockups.
WordPress & WooCommerce
Themes, plugins, and stores, plus the operations side of running one.
Build and maintain
New builds, and existing sites I've taken over, fixed, and kept running.
Works remotely
I already work daily with a Canadian agency, on North American hours.
Sites I've built and worked on
These are all real and live. Some I built from scratch, some I took over and improved. Open any of them and have a look.

What I can help with
A new site
A WordPress or WooCommerce build, done properly from the start and easy to run once it's live.
An existing site that needs work
Inherited something slow, buggy, or held together with plugins? I'll get it working and keep it that way.
Features WordPress won't do on its own
When it needs something out of the ordinary, I write the plugin, block, or bit of code that makes it happen.
WooCommerce and stores
Products, checkout, payments, and the day-to-day of actually running a store, not just setting one up.
Speed and performance
Slow sites lose people. I find what's dragging it down and sort it out.
Migrations, integrations, and upkeep
Moving hosts or platforms, connecting other tools, and sticking around to handle updates and fixes over time.
Not every job has to be a big project. If you just need a bug fixed or a bit of custom code written, I'm happy to take those on too.
Straightforward, and no surprises
You tell me what you need
A new site, a fix, a feature, or a project that's gone sideways. A rough idea is enough to start.
I work out the technical side
You don't need to know how it gets done. That part's on me.
I build or fix it
I keep you in the loop as I go, so nothing's a surprise at the end.
We test it properly
We make sure everything actually works before it goes anywhere near live.
I stick around if you want
Need ongoing help, I'm there. If not, I hand it over clean and documented.
Where I've done the work
Head of E-commerce
I started here building WordPress and WooCommerce sites, and over time took on running the e-commerce side too: the storefront, the catalogue, and the day-to-day of keeping an online store going. Still involved.
Web Developer & Support
I work remotely with this Canadian agency, building sites and handling ongoing support and maintenance for their clients. It's where working on North American hours became normal for me.
Freelance Developer & Intern
Before the WordPress work I freelanced for local businesses, building sites and a booking system in CodeIgniter, and interned at 3D Systems building a logging tool for their 3D printers.
MCA — Master of Computer Applications
After a BSc in Computer Science.
What I work with
I use these for research, debugging, and moving faster. They speed the work up; they don't do it for me.
The environments where these sites actually run. I handle hosting setup, migrations, DNS, backups, and the occasional server issue myself.
Working with North American teams
Based in Goa, and I work North American hours. I already do it every day for a Canadian agency, so overlapping with your workday is just how I operate.

During your workday I'm online, so it's normal back-and-forth instead of waiting until the next morning for a reply.
Have a project in mind?
A new build or an existing site that needs sorting out, WordPress or WooCommerce. Tell me what's going on and I'll let you know how I'd approach it.
